Services

Pipeline isn't luck. It's a system.

Most B2B teams don't have a lead problem. They have a consistency problem — a good quarter followed by a quiet one, a founder who closes deals but can't find them, a sales team staring at a calendar with too much white space.

Pipeline Secured builds the outbound and content engine that keeps qualified conversations landing in your calendar every week. Email, LinkedIn and content working together, measured on meetings booked — not impressions.

NoteEvery service below can be run alone or combined — see engagement models for how that's packaged.

01 — B2B marketing strategy

Get clear on who you're selling to, before a single email goes out.

We start with your closed-won deals. We look at who actually buys, what triggered the purchase, what nearly killed it, and which words made the difference. That becomes the foundation for everything else — targeting, messaging, sequencing, and the offer itself.

What's included

  • ICP definition and scoring. Firmographics, technographics, headcount signals, and buying triggers — narrowed to segments worth spending money on.
  • Buyer research. Win/loss review, sales call analysis, and customer interviews to surface the language your market already uses.
  • Messaging architecture. Core positioning, three to five tested value propositions, objection handling, and proof points mapped to each buyer role.
  • Offer design. The specific reason a stranger takes a meeting — audits, benchmarks, teardowns, pilots. Not "hop on a quick call."
  • Channel and funnel plan. Where each segment gets reached, in what sequence, and what happens after they raise a hand.
  • Measurement framework. Reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings held, opportunity rate, pipeline value, closed-won. Reported the same way every month.

Best forTeams who have product-market fit but inconsistent demand, or who are about to scale spend and want the targeting right first.

NoteNothing else on this page starts until this is right — see the method.

02 — Email marketing

Cold outbound that gets replies, and lifecycle email that keeps your list warm.

Deliverability is the hard part, and it's where most programmes quietly fail. We build the infrastructure properly — separate sending domains, warmed inboxes, sensible volume — so your messages reach the inbox instead of the spam folder. Then we write like a person, not a template.

What's included

  • Infrastructure and deliverability. Secondary domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, inbox warm-up, sending limits, and ongoing placement monitoring.
  • List building and verification. Sourced against your ICP, enriched, deduped, and double-verified before anyone gets contacted.
  • Sequence copywriting. Three to six touch sequences per segment, written around a single relevant idea. Short, specific, easy to reply to.
  • Personalization at scale. Research-backed opening lines and variable blocks that reference something real — a hire, a launch, a funding round, a job posting.
  • A/B testing. Subject lines, angles, offers, and send timing tested on real volume, with learnings rolled forward.
  • Nurture and reactivation. Sequences for no-shows, closed-lost, dormant leads, and inbound that went cold.
  • Reply handling. Categorized responses, objection-handling templates, and meeting booking — handled by us or handed clean to your reps.

Best forTeams with an ACV that justifies outbound and a sales motion that can absorb 10–30 new conversations a month.

NoteCheck your own copy for spam triggers with the email spam checker.

03 — LinkedIn outreach

Where your buyers already are, approached in a way that doesn't feel like a pitch bot.

LinkedIn works when it's treated as a relationship channel, not a second email inbox. We combine a credible profile, consistent visible activity, and patient one-to-one outreach so that by the time you send a message, your name isn't a cold one.

What's included

  • Profile optimization. Founder and rep profiles rewritten as landing pages — clear positioning, proof, and a reason to accept a connection.
  • Targeted prospecting. Sales Navigator lists built from your ICP, filtered by real buying signals rather than title alone.
  • Connection and message sequences. Human-paced outreach with conversational follow-ups, capped at safe daily limits to protect your account.
  • Warm-up activity. Thoughtful commenting and engagement on prospect posts before outreach, so the request arrives with recognition attached.
  • Founder-led posting. Ghostwritten posts published under your name that build the authority your outreach borrows from.
  • Inbox management. Daily monitoring, qualification, and booking — with context passed to your team before every call.
  • Multichannel sync. LinkedIn and email sequenced together so prospects get a coordinated approach instead of two disconnected pitches.

Best forFounders and sales leaders selling to roles that live on LinkedIn — revenue, marketing, ops, HR, and technology buyers.

NoteRuns alongside email under the same reporting — see how we work.

04 — Content creation

Content that shortens sales cycles, not content that fills a calendar.

We write for the people already in your pipeline: the ones comparing you to two alternatives, the ones who need to justify the spend internally, the ones who'll say yes if one specific doubt gets answered. Every piece has a job.

What's included

  • Content strategy. Themes mapped to buying stages and to the objections your sales team actually hears.
  • Long-form. Blog posts, guides, and thought leadership built on original research, customer stories, or a real point of view.
  • Sales enablement assets. One-pagers, case studies, comparison pages, ROI breakdowns, and follow-up decks reps can send after a call.
  • Lead magnets. Benchmark reports, templates, calculators, and teardowns — the assets that make outbound offers worth accepting.
  • Social content. LinkedIn posts and newsletters that keep you visible between outreach touches.
  • Repurposing. One anchor piece turned into posts, emails, and snippets so a single research effort works across every channel.
  • SEO fundamentals. Search intent research and on-page structure for the terms your buyers use when they're ready to compare.

Best forTeams whose outbound is working but whose prospects go quiet after the first call, and anyone building a category or a considered-purchase brand.

NoteUsually added once email or LinkedIn is already producing consistently.

How we work

Five phases. Reporting runs through all of them.

Audit and strategy — weeks 1–2

We review your CRM, past campaigns, sales calls, and win/loss patterns. You get an ICP definition, messaging architecture, and a channel plan before anything launches.

Build — weeks 2–4

Domains warmed, lists built and verified, profiles rewritten, sequences and content drafted. Everything is approved by you before it ships.

Launch — weeks 4–6

Campaigns go live at controlled volume. We watch deliverability, reply quality, and early signal daily, and fix what's off before scaling it.

Optimize and scale — week 6 onward

Winning angles get more volume. Losing ones get replaced. New segments and channels are layered in as the data supports it.

Report — always

A weekly update with what shipped and what changed. A monthly review covering replies, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline value, with the next month's plan attached.

NoteThe same reporting standard described on the homepage applies across every channel here.

Engagement models

Three ways to work together. The audit tells us which fits.

Pipeline Sprint

A fixed-scope 90-day engagement. Full setup, one or two channels live, and a documented playbook you keep. Best for testing outbound properly before committing to a retainer.

Pipeline Engine

Ongoing monthly retainer across email, LinkedIn, and content. We run the full system as an extension of your team.

Advisory

Strategy, audits, and coaching for teams who want to run it in-house. Messaging, infrastructure, and process — with our review on the way.

NoteNot sure which fits? Book the audit — it tells us both.

What you can expect

We won't promise a number before we've seen your market.

Anyone who commits to a fixed meeting count before seeing your ACV and sales motion is guessing. What we will commit to:

  • Campaigns live within 30 days of kickoff.
  • Inbox placement monitored continuously, not assumed.
  • Every prospect contacted is verified against your ICP, not scraped in bulk.
  • No long lock-in. If it isn't working, we'd rather fix it or end it than keep invoicing.
  • You own everything — domains, lists, copy, playbooks, accounts. Always.

NoteFull infrastructure ownership terms are on the homepage.

Who this is for

Right deal size and the capacity to take more meetings.

Good fit

  • You sell B2B
  • Your average deal size supports outbound spend

Not a good fit

  • You need leads next week
  • You sell a low-ticket or transactional product
  • You want volume outreach without regard for domain and brand

NoteSee fit broken down further by industry and company size.

Frequently asked

Six questions clients ask before signing.

How long until we see results?
First replies usually land in weeks two to three after launch. Meaningful meeting volume typically builds between weeks four and eight. Pipeline that converts to revenue follows your normal sales cycle from there.
Will cold outreach damage our brand or domain?
Not the way we run it. Outbound goes out on separate sending domains, so your primary domain is never at risk, and volume stays inside safe limits. Messaging is written to be worth reading — relevant, short, and easy to opt out of.
Do you replace our sales team?
No. We create and qualify the conversations. Your team runs the calls and closes. If you'd like, we'll handle first-touch reply management and booking so reps only spend time on qualified prospects.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Many clients start with email or LinkedIn and add content once outbound is producing consistently. The channels compound, but they don't require each other to work.
What do you need from us?
An hour for kickoff, access to your CRM and past campaign data, a few sales call recordings, and a named person who can approve copy. After that, roughly one hour a week.
Who writes the copy?
We do. Every sequence, post, and asset is written by a human strategist who has reviewed your calls and your market. AI supports research and drafting; it doesn't send anything on your behalf unreviewed.
